An online, one day programme for any aspiring Clinical or Care Leader
This one day clinical & care leadership development module has been uniquely designed as an introduction to any aspiring clinical leader who would like to explore more about what it means to be a great clinical & care leader. Led by an expert from within the Clinical Leaders Network, the programme introduces you to key concepts of clinical & care leadership and upon completion you will be able to:
•Describe what a clinical & care leader is and why the role is important
•Understand the basic concepts of a variety of different leadership styles that support great clinical & care leadership
•Understand the different ways to engage with clinical colleagues to bring about change
•Understand where you are on your own leadership journey
•Describe your personal action plan to develop your clinical & care leadership skills
We also bring in a highly experienced clinical leader to share their journey who you can talk with to help you shape your very own leadership journey.
We deliver this programme directly to you in the comfort of your own home via MS Teams in a group of no more than 20 peers by our expert trainer.
