The NHS Clinical Leaders Network provides a whole range of support and offers to our network members and stakeholders across England. We are a non profit making network and all our offers are delivered for free or at cost.
We offer a unique set of training and development opportunities to support personal and professional development. The aim of our development offers is to help our members progress on their leadership journey in understanding and applying behavioural models within organisations and complex systems as well as developing skills and experience in transformational change methodology.
Through the power of networks we empower our members to lead transformational change through peer support and engagement with national policy makers and local decision makers. We bring thought leaders and subject matter experts to our regional transformation network sessions enabling personal empowerment for leading change. All our regional activity can be found on our NHS Futures Collaboration Platform here.
We can also provide sessions to support local systems, provider collaboratives, places or organisations that focus on a strategic priority for transformational change. Please get in touch if you want to find out how the NHS CLN can support you.
We maximise the opportunity to connect our members through a suite of initiatives and events. At the heart of our operating model is the NHS CLN Double Helix methodology (our logo) which embraces the power of aligning managerial and programme delivery expertise with clinical and care leadership and vision.
The following initiatives are different ways in which we nurture and connect leaders across England:
Associate programme: for our colleagues with a managerial (non-clinical/care leader) background
Ambassador programme: for those identified as national leaders who embody and exemplify the NHS CLN values
Henderson Award – recognising leadership who embody the CLN values
