Vision for the Future

By 2023 the Clinical Leadership Network will have 7  active CLN executive teams across England, with a network of over 8000 practicing frontline health & social care members – with strategic partners across public, voluntary and private sector attracting a recurrent annual core investment. This will support the personal development of new individual clinical leaders. The CLN will have a reputation for enabling transformation across systems and  enhance  the NHS & Social Care to drive sustainable improvements through shared leadership and integrated multi-disciplinary working, for the benefit of our populations.
